Form 8889-T Line 14 Smart Worksheet

Vols3827
Level 3

So my client has a Form 1099-SA and received an HSA Distribution of $2,214.25 in the box 1 gross distribution on the form.  I don't see anywhere to upload this form 1099-SA into proseries so i go directly to form 8889-T and try to manually enter the distribution on Line 14 smart worksheet but it's locked saying that's automatically calculated.  How do i get this HSA distribution entered into proseries?

Use the 1099-SA worksheet to enter the information from that form. Use the "Where do I enter" tab on the tool bar and enter 1099-SA.

Or, on the left sidebar listing of forms in use, search above for form 1099-SA and click on the worksheet.

Enter it on the 1099-SA worksheet. Not on the 8889.
