Form 1120, Sch K, Question 5a, EIN

If you have 100% owned foreign subsidiaries not included in Form 851, the input to this list seems straightforward. But when I use "ForeignUS" as the EIN, I get an error that stops efiling. This was not a problem in the 2018 software, my subsidiaries carried from last year. Anyone seeing this as a bug?

Yes-And it actually shows up as an efile error on the 2018 on returns that were efiled last year.    I guess we have to paper file these returns......

Working with tech we came up with a workaround.  Use 00-0000000 in the EIN if you want to avoid efile conflict.  Otherwise paper file the return.

Extraordinarily helpful and timely. Thank you so much.  Using zeros appears to work.
