after problems with updatezilla I thought everything would be good, however cannot download 1040NR form. I go through updates and it just doesn't try and download although the website states there are new versions available.

Doesnt download for me either, the release dates show Jan 30th (that Dec 3 date isnt accurate) so Id start looking for it on or near the 30th.
