Proseries shows that I used all my allowed #of efile returns and does no allow me to efile anymore. I haven't efile any returns yet though. How do I fix this issue?

Try going to "tools" > "license product".  If that doesn't work, you are going to have to call Intuit.

Did you print any returns? Printing counts as well.

Yes, IronMaN. I tried that. Still shows me that I used all my allowed #of efiles, but I used none yet. I also tried calling Technical support, they are closed today.

The licensing suggestion was a long shot.  In most years that would take care of the issue, but not this year.  Sorry, but you are going to have to try getting through to support tomorrow and I'm sure that is going to be a challenge on a Monday.
