The federal 1065 for a TX entity did not need an extension on March 15.

You got lucky.

Texas federal and state deadline is June 15 due to the storm.

Thank you, I should have been more specific.  I am referring to a federal extension of form 1065 for a Texas entity. Should we have filed an extension by 3/15 or is it automatic? If automatic, until when and is there a irs verification of this that can be obtained?

Assuming that I want a 1065 extension beyond 06-15-2021 for a Texas based client, ProSeries should let me go ahead and file a 7004 up to 06-15-2021. However ProSeries is giving me an error message stating that a Form 7004 cannot be filed past 03-15-2021. The error message only applies to non-Texas taxpayers. When is ProSeries going to let me go ahead and file Forms 7004 for my Texas clients? I tried to go through your phone support to get an answer. It was a futile waste of time.

Read Mark304's response, here: https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/proseries-tax/discussion/extension-for-1120s/00/157000

This is a Peer User Community; not customer support or tech support. Take a look at how you can tell Mark304 is an Employee username.

Ok, but when May 17th and June 15th come around will PROSERIES be ready and allows those in Texas to file extensions for 1120's and 1065's? and 1040's in May 17?

@LEH

"will PROSERIES be ready and allows those in Texas to file extensions for 1120's and 1065's? and 1040's in May 17?"

Are you asking about E-File or File? Because you can file right now.

And did you click the link to the topic, where you see Mark304 answered, where you see his label is Employee?

Because otherwise, you are asking Peer Users.
