How do you attach a PDF supporting document to explain?

Others have answered this question here on this quorum. You also may want to consider mailing the return and attaching the necessary documentation if the client agrees to it.

go to efile--once there--click on efile again--dropdown "attach pdf files"

this might still not pan out--irs and/or state do not always take the time to review attachments
