Anyone having issue with autofill of city and state when entering zipcode? Mine does not enter city or state.

Verify your options are set for zip code automation

Tools > Options > General    look for Data Entry line  see if Zip code automation is checked

zip code automation is checked. Have unchecked and checked again.  It still does not autofill.

Have you     1) downloaded an update recently - if not, try that      2) restarted your computer recently - if not, try that     3)   if 1 or 2 does not solve your issue then try a  Tools - Repair Updates   - you get there through the Start button then find ProSeries 2020 program

I have everything checked and have current update.  Never had this issue in the past. Thank you for recommendation of Repair Updates.  I will try that.
