2019 Safe Harbor Sec 199A still prints with 2018 dates

this topic was marked as solved, but it has not been solved.  Support emailed me saying it was and that I just needed to update my software, I have run the update several times and the result is still that the Sec 199A shows 2019 dates in the software, but prints with 2018 dates.
