Question. If I delete the EIN and, or SS# on a previously e-filed tax return, can I then e-file an amended tax return? Thank you.

If you delete or change an EIN/SSN then you wouldn't be amending anything, you'd be filing a new return.

Maybe you should provide a few more details about what you're trying to accomplish.

@backmanbusinessa you can't e-file an amended return. period

Business returns you can...but you don't want to make a copy and try to Efile an amended return that's a copy...you want to make a paper or pdf copy to keep, then amend the original and Efile it.
