I'm having problems with ProSeries 17 updater. I recently changed to a new server and had to reinstall. At first when trying to open a return it said that the TX Corporation was not installed, even when it is selected in the program.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall following the steps in the Support page, but I noticed it is not being installed because the updater crashes when trying to download the "udi business files", and after that there is no way to make the updater work.
I checked the system logs and it says there is a .NET Runtime Error. I tried to reboot the computer, and I even tried to fix and reinstall Windows' .NET, but it is still not working.
At this point I don't know what else to do.
