Database unavailable error. Program will not open at all
It isn't very useful there is ZERO support from intuit on the weekends.

I'm sorry for the issue and frustration. The care organization is open sometimes on weekend days, like yesterday, but aren't open today. So.. let me see if I can diagnose the issue.
Can you..
- Open File Explorer
- Navigate to your installation directory (probably C:\ProWin20)
- Navigate into 32bit\logs directory
- Email the proseries.txt file to proseries_engineering@intuit.com as well as an exact description of the error message you are getting (or better yet, a screenshot)
