Proseries 2020 Returns Missing for Some Users

Hello all, 

We have several employees with all the same permissions. Every so often, an employee finds a return they cannot see in their list if they go under 1040 returns but other employees can see them.

If the employee with the issue closes the program/restarts a time or two, the return will reappear. Is there anything we can do to prevent this from happening?
