Does anybody else get this error when opening Proseries 2016?

Pong - a great spell binding video game when it first came out.

Rebooting your computer didn’t help?

Nothing has helped. This is been going on since I put 2016 on this computer

Then try uninstalling the program and do a fresh installation

Ok, was just messing with you.  There was supposed to be a solution dated 2019, but apparently the link no longer works.  See if this original link gives you a clue.  I use Lacerte.  Just that I know someone who knows some who knows some who uses Prowhatever.  Hope this helps.

The fix is to download the program from the website and reinstall.  If the CD was used(or the disc image from the website) it will have this issue.  Installing it from the download that point that says 'Download 2016' on your account dashboard will have the fix for the issue included in the install.
