Problem: tax years 2014 and 2015 are now pay per return, when originally purchased they were unrestricted, how to fix this, or do I need an Intuit Pro Series tech ?

Disclaimer - I use Lacerte.

BUT, many posts have said you just need to re-license the software to be able to use prior year software.
