I had the same problem. They are looking into solving the issue, but it isn't going to happen in the foreseeable future. The work around is to print the return to a pdf and then print the return from the pdf file. It takes a tad more time but it keeps the work flow going anyway.
I finally got through to support, and they fixed it !
Here is what they told me to do
look under the Advance options
make sure Print as image is checked.
After I did that it printed. Hope this helps you !
Yeah, they provided that suggestion awhile back. But for those of us that tried printing a whole return that way, it resulted in crashing our systems. Thanks for posting back though.
