If you were experiencing checking printing delays for T.P.G. in ProSeries Professional, this issue is now resolved. Please pull down the most recent acknowledgement for that client prior to attempting to print checks, and you should have no additional issues at this time.
You may want to contact support so we can troubleshoot further with you to ensure your program is fully updated, you should be printing from TPG's website to print checks from if you're using Basic. But the not updating ack status, may be caused by something else.
