On Sch A on Fed the misc deductions less 2% can be used on the State of Colorado but I can not find a way os using it

I have a client who had misc business expenses which can not be used on the Fed but does say for State deduction only.  It would be less the 2%.  I have not found a way of getting this deduction to the State form for Colorado.

If its less than the 2% then it wont show up on the state return either.
