No conversion within the program. You would have to start a new 1120S return.

This would apply regardless of whether you have an LLC that made the elections to go from partnership treatment to Scorp treatment or a true partnership to to a new Scorp entity.

Can I convert a 1065 to 1120s? Entity made s-corp election for TY18.
