Page 2 of NC's D-400 is printing improperly. A number of letters in words on almost all lines are missing so it is jibberish to clients who don't have the forms practically memorized like we do! The right hand side of the form is just fine. This was poor when I started this season's work, but it's getting worse and worse.
It can't be the printer since it only happens to this one page. WASSUP?
