My client got married in 2018 and will go from filing a single return to a joint return in 2018. How do I deal with the name change on ProSeries?

Just type in the new name.  As long as she has notified Social Security of the name change, life should be good.

Yep. If you have both clients......pick the more in depth client and just add/integrate the other into it. 

Use "save as" and it'll save to new last name....just as IRonMaN above indicated.
