We are using ProSeries since 1994 (In was Different Names Changed Over the Period)
This year we have more Problem due Program Bugs, some of them I read about Ca Unemployment Adjustment, SSA Benefits etc
We are facing biggest Problem Files completed and does not open
Tech Support spent 2 hours more advised ProSeries User to recreate file
It is not easy when multiple files COREPUTED
This not happening with us COUPLE more Tax Professionals
DMS
We can not Change file Names; Can not Create New files, DMS Does not allow/ accept any file coming from ProSeries
DocuSign Some Time Work Some Time Does not work.
We do not Post Problem in the Past. this is first time because too much Painful to use a Program This Year
