Every time I log in it says that the administrator needs to ok my log in.  There is no administrator but me.  I can't access the program.  What do I do?

I have this saved from last year when people were getting that Admin message when you are the Admin

Generally, that means you didn't sign in with the right zip code and account number, uninstalling and reinstalling the software is probably the most straight-forward way to correct this issue.

My *guess* is that you are logging in with a different user name / password than what is registered as your Admin in MyAccount.  You can log into ProSeries with any Intuit account - but then that account has to be tied to your license via MyAccount.  Lots of people have lots of different user name / passwords with us that have accumulated over the years, and sometimes people get mixed up in terms of which account is registered where.

If that doesn't help or seem to be the case, an agent for sure can help if none of the other suggestions in this thread work.
