LOG IN THE SOFTWARE

I am having deficulties to log in the software this morning, I tried many times per the software instruction to wait and I still can not open the program, please help

Rebooting your computer didn’t help?

I am having the same problem as another user.  I cannot get into the software this morning.

Proconnect.intuit.com     and I get the screen where it asks me about my account, billing, etc. but cannot access my tax clients.  

I am using Proseries.
