Clients are just starting to send documents. One uploaded one document 1/29/21 but when tried 2/4/21 could not drag & drop or browse for the documents they want to add. Other uploaded documents but they did not appear in their dashboard; they appeared on mine in Requests (and I hadn't sent any).
Called Support; said others reported different problems with Link. Upper level tech not available on Saturday so followup won't occur until Monday or later.
Anyone else with clients having Link problems?
