In the instructions, for Other Children Filing form 8615, it says,"enter the amount from line A as the total qualified dividend amount" and enter the net qualified dividend amount on the smart worksheet. I see where to enter xxxxx as the net Qual Dividends. I see where to enter the "Net" but I do not see where to to enter the total on that worksheet.
