Normally if I don't have a picture ID, I can skip that section by checking the box "Taxpayer did not provide DL or state ID." The taxpayer is in Oregon, which is where 99% of my clients are from.

For some reason, it's not letting me skip the ID on this one. Has anyone had that problem? I've checked the box, but the "State" is pink, and when I run a review it says it needs a state, and if I enter the state, it needs the number and dates, which I don't have.

Anyone know a work-around for this problem, short of contacting the client, who is out of town until after the 15th.....

Delete the form and when it regenerates, then mark the Did Not provide ID box
