Having issues printing the KY 8582-K. According to the updates and Proseries forms page, this form is final and should be able to be filed. However, the form is marked as not ready to e-file but can be printed. When you try to print the form, it will not print because the form has not been finalized. Try to update.
I have run the update several times. The update says it has been finalized.
Is anyone else having this issue?

when you pull the form up on the screen does it still have a yellow bar at top? It may show on the release page that its ready, but it may not have made it into the latest update.
