Just updated my password but now software won't open

Just updated my password but not get a message that administrator at firm needs to confirm.

I'm the only user and the administrator

I just updated my password and have the same problem....I am only user and administrator and was supposed to get an e-mail response...nothing and now locked out all weekend! Did you ever figure out what to do?

You can try right click PS icon, and click on run as administrator. If that didn't work, go to start PS19, click on, Repair updates. Then lastly, log on to your account at Intuit and make a new password, finally a call to support

I solved my own problem.   Was using the wrong login
