Just tried to efile my first return and it says my PTIN is not verified? what's up with that?

I registered and paid for my PTIN in October of 2020.  What do I do?  My address, phone, name and all info has not changed.

Go to the preparer information in your program and check the little box that you have verified that your PTIN is correct.
