I have now been told it is a know issue.
I asked how will be now, when it will be fixed. the reply was , You'll be notified, so the next obvious question was, how will I be notified? I was then placed on hold again.
Intuit doesn't have any experienced staff with knowledge of DocuSign answering the phone lines. I'm sure someone there know's what's going on but it's not the people answering the calls so the preparers are left in the dark.
As if our profession doesn't have enough stress, our software provider just layers on more and more.
Time to leave Intuit in the dark later this year come renewal time.
