IRS electronic deduction of 1st quarter 2021 estimated tax payment

Two clients in the past week have found the IRS has not electronically collected their 1st quarter 2021 estimated payments that were authorized when their 2020 tax return was e-filed.  Is the IRS that far behind?  Have your clients had the same issue?  What corrective actions have you taken?

"Call IRS e-file Payment Services 24/7 at 1-888-353-4537 to inquire about or cancel your payment, but please wait 7 to 10 days after your return was accepted before calling."

Have the client call to verify that they are enrolled and how to fix. https://www.irs.gov/payments/pay-taxes-by-electronic-funds-withdrawal
