Investment Loss

I am inputting an investment loss.  It is not related to a financial company so there is no 1099-B basis to report or financial company name.  The taxpayer also has a home sale in 2020 so one Form 8949 was used.  I wanted to add a 2nd Form 8949 to input the investment loss, but the Pro Series will not let me add a 2nd form to do this.  The regular Sch D transactions seem to all relate to reporting from a financial institution.  Any suggestions?

Thank you,

John

Main residence home sale?    Using the Home Sale Worksheet will drop it into the 8949 where it belongs.

The investment sale, just use a separate 1099B worksheet and scroll down past the brokerage info and enter it.

Both the investment and the home sale may end up landing on the same 8949, depending n their circumstances.
