There is a lot of conversation about deleting history and cookies, rebooting, updating, etc. I have done all of those things which usually provides a fix for the day only to have the problem return the next time I need an e signature. 

Has anyone talked to intuit about a long term fix for this problem?

As of today, none of those things is helping and it appears in the Covid 19 environment, when e signature is the only way, it is a no go.
