Installment Sales Business Property - Form 6252

I'm having trouble with what seems to be a computer error on Form 6252.  

Here's a breakdown of the problem:

Form 6252:
Line 26 is the number that needs to flow to 4797

Form 4797:
Part 1 / Line 4 - The number doesn’t flow to the form, but it can be entered manually. However, when entered manually, there is an error message saying the number must be entered on 6252. Manual entry is rejected.

Even on Schedule D / Line 11 B. The correct number isn’t feeding from 6252 either.

I'm at a loss as to how to solve this.  Business property must be reported on 4797, but it's refusing to cooperate.  A call to customer service was unfortunately unhelpful.
