Where would it go?  The IRS deleted the space for a date in the preparer section.

Maybe you can print it on the stamp that goes on the postcard?

I would move the Presidential Election Campaign check box section to Schedule "ZZZ" and use the space for the Print Date.

Yes.  I believe it is buried in options somewhere.

In the Preparer Information section of Tools...isn't there a box to check in there?

There is a check box under Tools > Options > Preparer Info. I have it checked, but the date is not printing. Perhaps it is because of the reformatted all-on-one-page design.
