I sign into my 2017 software I get an error message "The following product update are ready to install" There aren't any left to install 2017. How do I get rid of this?

 I click "Install Later" and it knocks me out of the software.  I click "Install Now" and it restarts the program.  This is very annoying and a complete waste of time. Any suggestions how to fix this?

I had the same problem and the only way I could get rid of it was to uninstall and reinstall Pro Series.  That fixed it.  I have one machine here I have to do that to today at supper time while the user is gone.

I found a Knowledge Base article under Alerts - ProSeries Updates Loop with Message to Update and then No Updates are Found
