I receive the message in ProSeries: The Financial Institution Download feature is not supported in current view. What does it mean? The client supposedly requested the download from his broker.

It means the downloads aren't working so hotsy totsy at the moment.

Barber! Why didn't I think of this before? Getting paid to give out bad tax advice - need I say more? I've run with scissors for years so it is a natural fit.

Close the client's return and get back to the main screen. Now try the Import\Financial download\Update Import Status
