I paid for ProSeries Basic with 5 state returns but when I try to efile it says I need to pay money.

I ordered and paid for ProSeries Basic which I was using and efiling with no problem.  When my hard drive went down and I had to get a new one I had to add ProSeries Basic once again to the hard drive.  Now when I try to efile again it's charging me a fee on a per return basis to efile my remaining returns.  What has to be down to correct this?

I know years ago, PPR data used to be stored in the actual client data file. But the only way you could get that PPR info to be included when you moved the file from one computer to another, was to use the BackUp/Restore feature within ProSeries, if you just copied the client files from a backup drive, the PPR info wasnt stored.....this may still be true, a call to support is probably in order.
