I have e-file for the customer ever since yesterday 6/23/20 2PM, and today still show return sent to IRS but not accepted. In this case what should I do?

I click on update EF status and still didn't see it being accepted by the IRS after 24 hours.  In this case what else can I do besides try to update again tomorrow?

You are not the only one. It has been almost a week since this problem occurred and Intuit is currently working on fixing the problem. Please see the notice below, I also have clients already paid and waiting for the result of e-file.. it is so frustrated......
