Why can't I download 2017. I downloaded a 2013 on 16 April 2021 but cannot download a 2017 on Monday 19 April 2021. What gives. I was told on the phone that ProSeries does not support anything older than 2018. Why did I pay for this? I have been with ProSeries since 1994, I have the programs to prove it. Maybe it is time for a change?

If you login to your account, you should be able to download any program you have ever paid for.
