I am having problems signing in to Pro Series 2019

I keep getting a message that states: "Sign in completion failed. A task was cancelled."

I am not cancelling anything just waiting on the program to respond.

This has been happening to me a lot, too. I just have to restart the computer.

I blame the COVID.
