After three phone calls, contact an independent IT guy, this issue still cannot be resolved. The only plus side is I can print my labels. What is your suggestion?

The 4--1 error is a license failure and can happen for a couple of different reasons including special characters on your firm information.  I have checked your account based off of your login information and that doesn't apply to you.  (I check that first because it's the easiest of the reasons for this error) ... The next is typically a Microsoft .Net component that be the root cause.  If that is the case we would refer you to local IT if you are not familiar because this would be out of scope for our agents as this doesn't directly pertain to ProSeries but rather your environment and per your case notes in your account, this is happening with multiple years, I would definitely refer you to these two articles for reference....

I am glad you can print labels. I assume that this is the set of instructions you followed https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1617038-intuit-proconnect-proseries-has-failed-to-...
Maybe @Ashley at Intuit (aka Henry Jr) can reach out to someone for you.
