HUGE Disappointment in this year's tax program!

As we end the day today (5/17/21) I find myself hugely disappointed in this year's online program!

I have found so many errors in addition, taxpayer/spouse designation errors, having to load printers every single day because it doesn't hold the choice from the day before, not being able to assign form prices because again, it doesn't save from the day before.

This year is by far, the worst tax year and most stressful due to the problems with this program that we pay so much money for!

Intuit, are you going to refund us for the time that has been spent on the phone with your tech support? I have been a customer for 27 years, never have I been so frustrated and stressed using your program! 

Sorry for the rant, fellow preparers, just needed to say my peace.
