In prior years, I could always hit "retry" about 20 times until contents where copied to clip board and then could be pasted into Outlook email. This year, I can't get around by clicking the "switch to" or "retry" options. Help!

Server busy is a computer issue, not a ProSeries issue. Try the old duct tape solution of rebooting and see if it clears the Cache. If not, go into Task Manager and see what is running (programs and applications). Usually it is a stall in some program or app that is tying up your computer.
