How to import assets into FAM

How do we import assets from a client that was converted from Ultra Tax into FAM.  I have a few converted clients that I want to import into FAM and every time I do I get error messages, first dealing with the fact it won't import MACRS assets that used the table method which is how they imported from Ultra Tax.

Then after I went in a unchecked that box on each asset I can't import them into FAM.

Is there an easy way to import to FAM?
