How to get ProSeries to stop asking for a Preparer's PTIN on a Self-Prepared business return when XSP is on the Preparer's signature line on Page 1 of the Form 1120S?

I have prepared my own Form 1120 for many years and know how I've done a Self-prepared return in the past.  This year I'm getting an error message telling me I need to enter the Paid Preparer's PTIN although XSP is in the signature line on page 1 of the return.  Has something changed that I need to do something different now?  Called ProSeries and was told the wait was 45-50 minutes to speak to someone - ridiculous!

I had a problem the other day doing a non-paid preparer, so they obviously changed some things in connection with those options.

I just gave up and changed it to "paid preparer".

I sign my own returns as the paid preparer!
