    How to efile for the first time

    I need a copy of the basic procedures for the efiling process using Proseries Professional.  Is there a link?

    setting up efile with Proseries can be troublesome because everything has to match exactly with eservices.  If you’re having difficulty, call tech support. 

    If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
