This is actually a 2 part question:
1. How do you report a foreign pension in ProSeries since there's no 1099-R?
2. Is there a treaty between the US and UK that renders a UK-issued pension nontaxable to a US citizen?

Depends on if it is a private or UK state. If private you can put it on the 1099r worksheet or other income work sheet. I believe the US and UK have a treaty agreement, but you need to research that yourself. Maybe @itonewbie will jump in
