I was unable to download a file for a client. The hourglass will not go away even though the documents were never transferred. I spoke with someone at customer support and they did not know either. He representative was supposed to get back to me but has not.

Try Control Alt Delete and stop the program.

Thanks but that is not the issue.
There is an hourglass indicating documents are trying to download.
