I CAN'T RETRIEVE A CLIENT'S FILE. ERROR MESSAGE: "THIS FILE IS CURRENTLY LOCKED BY ANOTHER USER. HOW DO I UNLOCK. I SELECTED AND TRIED "INVITE". NO AFFECT. SECOND DAY WITH PROBLEM. THANKS FOR ANY ASSISTANCE. ON LINE WAITING FOR ASSISTANCE NOW!
